MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up dining room, consoles, serving condiments
- Work as a team (common pot)
- Carry out table, cocktail and wine service
- Enter orders and issue billing in Maitre’D (an asset)
- Follow the company’s organizational structure
- Set up the dining room for the next shift
REQUIREMENTS
- Job-related experience required
- Social skills, respect, and customer service acumen
- Autonomous, resourceful, and discreet with members
- Honest and comfortable with computers
- Proper food hygiene for preparation and service
- Good communication skills in French, English an asset
- Available to work weekdays and weekends
- 18 years of age and over to comply with regulations on alcoholic beverage service
WORKING CONDITIONS
- 25 hours/week, but the number of hours may vary depending on the bartender’s schedule and availability
- Opportunity to practice and play golf for free, as per Club standards
