MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Task Description
- Receiving goods:-comparing delivered and invoiced products;
- ensuring quality of products received;
- ensuring freshness of perishable foodstuffs;
- informing the manager of any product not delivered by the supplier; - Delivering received goods to relevant departments;
- Rotating stocks with each incoming delivery;
- Placing orders for products you are responsible for;
- Drawing a list of the various products you are responsible for so as not to run out of stock;
- Checking economic order quantities;
- Filling out purchase orders as quickly as possible and make deliveries to various departments;
- Making sure to always keep warehouse clean and tidy;
- Stock-taking;
- Carrying out any other task that your immediate supervisor might assign;
- Replenishing snacks on the courses.

- Be available to work weekdays and weekends
